來到日本松島怎麼少的了牡蠣吃到飽呢？
這次的松島行程因時間和天氣的關係，沒有安排乘船，只簡單的在周遭逛一圈，吃吃烤牡蠣、牡蠣漢堡、牛舌。
而上次錯過的牡蠣吃到飽，這次在正確的時間來訪，說什麼也要嘗試看看。
這次選擇的牡蠣吃到飽店家為「ヨシタケ食堂」！
牡蠣吃到飽選擇！
松島周遭有好幾家牡蠣吃到飽（かき食べ放題），牡蠣最適合品嚐的時間為 10 月至隔年 03 月。
而每間的牡蠣烹調方式、限定時間以及價格都有些許的不同。
以下為幾間（不是全部）有提供牡蠣吃到飽的店家，提供給大家：

如果是要以價格（注意！這裡說的是價格，而不是 CP 值）選擇的話，「ヨシタケ食堂」這間最便宜。也是我們這次拜訪的店。

「ヨシタケ食堂」實訪紀錄＆心得
「ヨシタケ食堂」位在 JR 松島海岸駅前的小店裡，狹小的位置看起來只能容納兩組客人。店裡的環境、桌椅、所有器具都散發著濃濃的老舊感，不是刻意營造的復古感，而是東西使用過久所自然產生的痕跡。
左➜ 網子感覺已使用多次。
右➜ 沙漏也是沾滿了炭灰。
店裡僅有一位老闆負責所有，包含處理店外只單買一兩顆牡蠣的客人、或是招待入內選擇牡蠣吃到飽的客人。
這間的牡蠣吃到飽是以炭烤牡蠣的方式。第一次老闆會在旁教導如何調理，步驟大致如下：
左➜ 滿滿的牡蠣一下子就吃光了。
右➜ 新鮮的牡蠣，僅需要簡單的烹調，就能很美味。
肥美多汁的牡蠣放入嘴裡，超好吃！
比起生牡蠣，吃的時候會有很濃郁的海水味（就是鹹），我更愛簡單烹調過的牡蠣。
每次的牡蠣烤好後，大概是每人分到三個，也就是三口。三口結束後又需要等上好幾分鐘，吃的速度無法很快。
另外，這也是我第一次看到這麼隨意的啤酒杯，啤酒杯上還有結凍的冰塊，但老闆也不管，徑直的上餐。看來是位隨性的老闆呢！
結論
實際造訪後，可以理解這間店為什麼是最便宜的。因為硬體設備的不足，環境狹小老舊，每次炭烤的數量其實並不多，四十分鐘的時間裡，大部分都在盯著沙漏往下露，最後也沒有「吃到飽」的感覺。
但是，以價格論的話，這間的價格是其他間價格的一半，對於只是想吃很多牡蠣的人來說，這還是比每次單買一兩顆牡蠣來的划算。且，也因為沒有吃到飽，所以不會有吃到最後飽到噁心的感覺？（這應該算是優點吧！）
想要花少少的錢感受吃牡蠣，還是要多花一些錢體驗牡蠣吃到飽，這就看大家的取捨了。
